About us
My name is Philipp Plümer, founder of LUZ Homewatchers.
I was born and raised in Hamburg, Germany, and later moved to the Costa De La Luz.
Before starting LUZ Homewatchers, I worked as a project development manager in the real estate industry, overseeing large residential construction and renovation projects.
This experience taught me how important it is to maintain properties properly and identify issues early — before they become costly problems.
Today, I bring this knowledge into caring for your home with reliability, attention to detail, and a personal approach with German quality standards.
